Will the Event be outdoors?

Yes, the Ceremony and Reception will be outside.  Please consider bringing sunglasses and a light jacket!

Will there be transportation?

Yes!  We have made accommodations to shuttle 100 people to and from the ceremony so all can enjoy their time safely!  There is onsite parking for anyone driving but cars cannot be left overnight.   Ubers do not pickup at this location*
Shuttle pick up time is 3:30PM. There will be two pickup spots,  The Alfond Inn (see travel tab for address), or Clear Lake Neighborhood Beach House (see travel tab for address)

Is there a hotel block?

While there is no hotel block, The Alfond Inn is a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Winter Park that has available rooms and a shuttle will be providing transportation from this location as well. 

What is the dress code?

Black Tie Optional - formal attire.  Nice suits and formal gowns or cocktail dresses 

If I am using transportation from Clear Lake, where do I go?

The address is 2701 Catalina Dr. Orlando FL 32805.  There will be plenty of parking inside the gates .  Pickup is 330pm sharp so please be ready! 

If I am using transportation from the Alfond Inn, where do I go?

The address to the Alfond Inn is 300 E New England Ave. Winter Park FL, 32789.  For those who are not staying at the hotel but are driving there to use the transportation you may park on the street or use the hotel valet for 12$.   The Bus will be located on the side street next to the Alfond Inn and pick up will be 330pm sharp so please be on time!
